Regional Manager

The Regional Manager is responsible for the successful operations of the communities within the assigned region. It is his/her job to lead all staff members, be available to all residents, maintain each property, and earn fair returns on each investment.

Property Manager

The Property Manager is the head, the heart, and the soul of the apartment community. It is the property manager's job to lead the staff, take care of the residents, maintain the property, and to earn a good return on the Owner’s investment.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager assists the Property Manager in all aspects of management and manages the property in the Property Manager’s absence.

Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant’s primary job is to lease apartments. He/She will also assist the Property Manager or Assistant Manager as directed.

Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor keeps the property safe and comfortable for our residents and maintains the physical condition of the Owner’s investment. He/She works under the direction of the Property Manager.

Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician assists the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the property safe and comfortable for our residents and maintaining the physical condition of the Owner’s investment.

Groundskeeper

The groundskeeper makes sure the residents can be proud of their community, and that prospective residents find their future home inviting and well kept.
