COMPLIANCE

To support our tax credit communities, Signature Management has its own in-house compliance department, headed by Charles Lindley. Charles was one of the first in the country to receive his HCCP designation, and has maintained the standard through regular annual continued education and training.The compliance department communicates with all levels of management regarding all compliance procedures and related issues. This team is responsible for all annual reporting requirements required by each state.

MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

Our communities comply with all operational codes, including OSHA; our proven facilities maintenance plan is rigorously upheld, ensuring the highest quality level.
